Hello, I started as a property manager for my family's and then my rentals. I am a licensed real estate agent and work out of the Edina Regional Coldwell Banker Office. I can do plumbing, painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry, small electrical and many other things. I charge $75 per hour, and I work on a time and materials basis. I also hire myself out to work alongside people(or them alongside me). Some people feel better about the value if we're working together. Please call with any questions.
