Condition & Notes:
Acceptable used condition. The wood planks are structurally solid and clean. Please note that one shelf currently has an unremoved bolt from its previous installation that will need to be backed out or cut off by the buyer (priced low accordingly!).
Included Hardware:
Includes 2 wall-mounting brackets. Additional drywall anchors or stud screws will need to be provided by the buyer depending on your wall type.
Pickup & Payment Details:
Local pickup near Highway 280 in Northeast Minneapolis. Viewings are welcome by appointment before purchase. Appointment required for all visits. Buyers are responsible for dismantling, loading, and transporting purchases. All sales final. No unpaid holds. Cash (preferred) or PayPal.
