Frame has a few minor cosmetic issues like scratches and old sticker residue, but otherwise the bike is in good shape, could use a tune up (I tuned it up in spring but put a decent amount of miles on it since). The tires themselves could also be replaced (the rear tire is a bit more worn than the front). The bike has newly installed handle bar grips that allow multiple hand positions.
