Many people don't realize the significance of choosing a final resting place. It is an important step in creating a family legacy, establishing a place of remembrance for future generations and paying tribute to a special life.
Location is left side of mausoleum when looking at it from the front, crypt/niche 36B at the gorgeous Sunset Memorial Park. I have attached pictures with blue "X's" where the crypt/niche is.
Different solutions for every need: A container for cremated remains is needed for the crypt/niche. Your plans for your loved one's ashes dictate this choice. To give Grandmother a permanent resting place in a mausoleum niche, you may want to purchase a pretty urn. Urns and containers range from biodegradable urns to hand-carved wooden boxes to decorative ceramic, porcelain or metal urns.
In addition, you might also choose cremation jewelry or small urns that can hold ashes and be given to multiple family members to cherish as special keepsakes.
One of the pictures is of the beautiful Chapel of Peace built in the mid-1980's. Enter the chapel through the doors you see at the center of the building. The room is large enough to conduct final services for about 300 people. Catering through the cemetary can be arranged or contact them to find out vendors you can bring in yourself.
For $2,400, much less than buying directly from ANY Cemetery. Our Mother purchased this 35 years ago and changed her mind at the end. Cemetaries will not buy back graves or crypts they sell.
This sale includes ornate bronze personalized memorial name plate. This entire package was purchased for over $18,000.
Whether you buy from cemetery with their low tier burial crypt starting around $7,000 or from an outside source, the cemetery charges for other needs when anyone is either in a casket or cremated, whether in the ground or a burial crypt/mausoleum; 1) internment cost, 2) whether you need a vault or not cost, 3) install cost. So purchasing a burial crypt at 2400 has a big savings compared to the cemeteries low tiered burial crip starting at $7,000.
Considered one of the prettiest cemetaries in the state located perfectly close to both Minneapolis and St. Paul.
