These are a small closet door and a full-sized room/hallway door salvaged from the remodel of a 1920s home. They're of solid oak construction, stiles and rails with 8 inset panels. In very good to excellent condition on both sides of each, with a few minor nicks, etc. A strip of unknown size has been trimmed from the bottom rail of the smaller door, leaving true corners and a clean edge. The finish is uniform and well preserved. I've cleaned it with mild soap and water, but there remains some grime along the retaining moulding along the bottom of each inset panel. It will take very little work with mineral spirits on a cloth to remove the remainder. (Do NOT use denatured alcohol until you've verified on an inconspicuous patch that the finish is not shellac. Shellac is alcohol-based, which means denatured alcohol will turn it into a gummy mess.)
