2. Provide me with your detailed requirements for how it should work/function.
3. What is it worth to you? (eg. what are you willing to pay for me to build this)
If I can build it, I will. And I'll send you a URL with your working prototype. If you aren't happy with it, or want to change some things, let me know. I'm happy to iterate.
If I can't build it (or don't want to given the asking price) I'll say so up front.
