This is a four season trailer with 3 slide outs. Ceilings and floor are R-38. Heated tanks (furnace heats the cavity with the tanks, go to 32 deg. Ducted heat 30.000 BTU and ducted AC 13,500 BTU. Opposing slideouts in living/kitchen area provides an extra large entertainment space. Center Island kitchen. 6 gallon gas/electric water heater. Gas/electric refrigerator. Huge amounts of storage. Third slideout in bunkhouse. Sleeps 9. Queen front bedroom with cabinets and under bed storage. Second AC in bedroom (noisy but works). Fold out couch in living area with two very large storage areas under couch. Two removable kitchen tables for dining and four bunks in back room. Additional storage closet in bunkhouse. 32" 4k smart TV in living area with max sound and DVR/Stereo/radio combo. Wired for additional TV's in bunk house and bedroom. Outside kitchen with sink microwave and two burner stove. Wired for Power awning but does not have one, I lost it in the wind. Easy to replace. Electric front jack (new), manual corner stabilizers. 50 Amp service. Ladder to rooftop. Two power vents with rain covers and one open vent. 50 gallon freshwater tank. Black water and two gray water tanks. Dual 20 lb propane tanks. Base weight 8510 lbs about 10,000 lbs fully loaded. Tongue weight 940 lbs.
I'm currently putting on 4 new tires, and new slide seals on all 3 slides. Small area of outside kitchen counter has de-laminated from rain on the counter. Outdoor kitchen is functional but not great. We used it for storage. I removed the microwave for more storage. Will provide current load bars, hitch and sway control in sale. I'm fixing a few final things as follows. Hiring a carpet/upholstry cleaner. Replace the roof vent in the bunk house. Exterior slide seals all around. Carpet shows it's age and over the years some small leaks caused minor damage. Leaks were fixed. It's a solid camper and has all kinds of room. It's set up in my driveway in Richfield for viewing. It's been sitting in a campground since 2018 so not a ton of miles.
