Need a little. All aluminum framing with no wood to rot. Fantastically built and engineered. one of the best travel trailers that will outlive anything new today. Pulls like a Cadillac 6500lbs new tires last year LED upgrade sealed roof seams every summer (never coated -still factory aluminum!) 4 season (2 panels on bottom belly need replacing) 65 gallon tank steel bumper on the rear for modification options Northampton at in Minnesota until late December did cozy didn't have to use the furnace even. (Used quartz heater and the factory heat pump/roof AC very nice to have without any issue!)

-new floor commercial grade we used remnants from a trader Joe's remodel
-new tires

Planned to keep forever but downsizing. Sell at 4500 obo
