Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and goal-oriented Maintenance & Landscape Technician to help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our properties. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in completing quality work.
Responsibilities:
Perform general property maintenance and minor repairs
Complete landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, watering, and maintaining landscape beds
Perform tree and shrub trimming up to 12 feet
Perform basic irrigation checks and report issues
Maintain clean and attractive common areas
Safely operate hand tools and landscaping equipment
Complete work orders and document work with notes and photos
Use smartphones and basic mobile apps for communication and documentation
Communicate professionally with management, vendors, and residents
Assist with seasonal and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience preferred
Basic knowledge of irrigation and general repairs preferred
Tech-savvy with the ability to use smartphones and mobile apps
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Good note-taking and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attendance and reliable work ethic
Goal-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Bilingual preferred but not required
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Occasional on-call emergency work may be required.
Compensation:
Pay DOE (Dependent on Experience)
