Found tortoiseshell kitten in a puddle, cold and little movement in the 207 E apartment complex. Dropped off at the Veg ER clinic in Federal Way.

Vets seemed to suggest it was a female though can't guarantee that. Apologies for poor photo while trying to warm them up inside.
