I am renting my basement. I have been doing this since my first home. This is a full basement. You get your own living room, bed room, bathroom, and laundry.
The only thing shared is the kitchen upstairs and the entrances to the house.
I have 2 Boston terriers that love interaction and playing.
The person that rents will not be able to have pets as my dogs come first.
My garage will not become your storage area.
I will need access with prior approval from the person renting to access my storage room for the holidays.
