UP for sale is my 2004 WRX ( carfax in hand ) she has 231,000 miles and shes developed a tick when accelerating. I believe its in the valve train most likely a bearing. When I did the last oil change I noticed a lot of gold flake in the bottom of the pan and decided not to run her anymore because it being an interference motor I wanted to save her from total catastrophic melt down. She will start and run but I wouldn't recommend driving her. But all of the improvements goes as follows.
* Recent timing belt change including pullies and water pump and thermostat.
* New starter
* New master cylinder and all 4 brakes ( pads, calipers and rotors).
* New windshield
* Ported and polished turbo.
* Larger Inter-cooler.
* New 17" Drag rims ( tires are going to need changed )
* Cobb access port ( set to map 1 since I got it 3 years ago cause I just wanted a daily driver not a race car )
* 3k in sound system ( Kenwood touch screen deck with 2 independent amps, 1 for the new alpine door speakers and another for the kicker compR 12s Red stitching )
* Custom earthroamer roof rack.
* Recently replaced head cover gaskets.
* Factory wheels and road tires with decent tread left on them.
* Cargo tray behind front seats.
* New JDM headlights.
* New 4" off roading fog lights.
TBH she isnt the cleanest ride but to someone who knows a thing or 2 about subarus and has the means to fix her shes well worth the money Im asking. I would recommend bringing a trailer to take her home tho, driving is not advisable. You could bring tools for a compression test to justify my asking price just to CYA. Just to cover both our bases this isnt going on a road test to prevent further damage. Local only and I already have a carfax I dont need to be sold on another history report.
