Pros:

Brand new tires
Ran and drove great before being parked about a year ago.

Cons:
Cracked windshield/windows (still solid)
Brake line leak
Fuel leak (will need to fix to start)

Will need towed in current condition.
Don’t have time to do repairs. With a little time and money it can be rolling again.
