We purchased this for an insulated detached garage and it blew very cold air, but didn't work well for our application due to the single tube design. One tube systems are designed to be used in a room in a larger house, since they will pull air from the other rooms to vent hot outside.
Vevor replaced the unit we purchased under warranty with a brand new boxed unit, but we had already decided to put in a mini-split instead, so we don't need this replacement.
We are located on Lake Sinclair halfway between Eatonton and Milledgeville, about 6 miles off 441 (SEE MAP)
