I have whirlpool refrigerator circuit boards. These are the main boards that control your defrost circuit in addition to other functions. If your fridge is icing up and not cooling, it is probably this board.

One is the original board, the other was just purchased from a circuit board rebuilder in California. Both work! My issue was the bimetal switch for the tstat.

Very easy to replace, takes 5 minutes.

These are $80 - $300 on ebay.
$35 each.
