Made of a heavy duty thick plastic (so its lightweight) rolling and stacking tool boxes (2).
Has fold up/down handle, removable trays , and 2 tray boxes with lots of little compartments for small things.
This was rarely used, only in my home and garage, never taken to job sites
Compare to new one at Amazon for $62 (and Im sure more cheaply made overseas).
NOTE: One of the 3 hinge pins is missing. I just noticed this, so I have marked down price to $20 FIRM
You cant even tell because flip up lid still works fine.
