Got a few new openings on a deer lease near Trinity Texas along the Trinity River for the '26/27 season. Looking for trophy minded hunters. Lots of deer and trophy minded neighbors. Trophies last few years have been in the 140 to mid 150 class. Looking to improve this by shooting less 3&4 year old bucks.

- Deer only lease plus all the hogs and yote's you can shoot
- No bow hunting - we cannot cross fences to retrieve animals
- No guests (including children and wives) during season
- Camp houses for community use, additional fee for campers left for the year, but can bring one just for season.
- Blinds and feeders supplied - community style.
- Members required to contribute feed - both protein and corn, and show up for work weekends - at least (4)
- 1 Trophy buck and 1 mature spike or 1 Doe.

Pictures are just a typical good deer taken on the property. Much better have been taken.
