This is designed for indoor use, and is ideal for garage or basement where looks don't matter, but durability is priority.
Condition:
Because it's been stored in a garage its whole existence, there is almost no rust. There are no significant bends, marks, and the rust is under control. There are no missing parts. The metal itself is still in great condition
These are made of thick steel, and to find one new would cost over $170 with tax. They assemble within 15 minutes. Don't waste your time with the nuts and bolts on the cheaper steel ones. Plastic ones suck.
People who may use this: automotive mechanic; auto maintenance tech; diesel mechanics; gas station; anyone with tools or paints around; home owner.
Uses: Organize and store water-based paints; tools or toys; keep things above the floor in a basement to reduce the chance of water exposure due to flooding.
