I am looking for a part time porter to service a shopping center in Midlothian area 4x per week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings. The service window to complete the work is between midnight and 9am and will take an hour and a half each service visit.
The scope of work includes:
• Changing all of the storefront trash cans & wiping the lids. Trash is disposed of in onsite dumpsters.
• Cleaning the store front sidewalks, parking lots, property perimeter lines, and dumpster areas and keeping clear of litter and debris
• Documenting and reporting and illegal dumping, homeless activity, or property damage to management.
This work is completed on the designated service day and quality photos of the contracted areas must be taken in the application each time to verify work. The ideal candidate would have a pickup truck, suv, or trailer that makes transporting the trash across the property possible. The ideal candidate would also be someone who responds to communication in a timely manner and has the capability of completing miscellaneous work orders when available (for additional compensation).
The pay for this work is $750/mo ($175/week). This comes out to $40/service day gross pay + $15/week non taxed reimbursement that you can put toward gas and also maintaining your own supply of 50gal black trash liners. Pay day is every Friday via direct deposit. (Pay period is Monday - Sunday with pay the following Friday and every Friday after that.)
This is a great gig for someone in the area looking for supplemental income. Preferably someone with a pickup truck
