We operate using an official two-man crew model: an experienced master craftsman focused 100% on high quality work, backed back by a dedicated helper/materials runner to handle setups, parts runs and clean ups.
WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR TEMPORARY LABORER. We are looking for a LONG TERM SCALING PARTNER.
What You Will DO:
* Lead the technical execution of daily residential and commercial repairs ( Minor Carpentry, Drywall Repair, Toilet Installs, Ceiling Fan Replacements, TV Mounts, Door Repair and other odd jobs.
* Evaluate Job sites on-site to verify flat rate repair requirements.
* Maintain a safe and Ultra clean job site.
* Manage, direct, and train your dedicated field helper to maximize job efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience 5+ years of verified residential remodeling
* Deep knowledge of multiple trades and the ability to perform them quickly.
* Professional appearance and demeanor is a must in Midland high end homes.
What We Offer:
* Premium hourly base pay $22 to $30/hr depending on experience.
* 10% performance bonus on project efficiency
* A path to quarterly profit sharing and corporate equity
Must Have a Valid Texas DL and be able to pass a hair follicle drug screen. No exceptions.
