Sandbar & Grill is looking for a reliable, motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We’re a high‑volume, community‑driven restaurant on Gun Lake, and we take pride in serving great food with consistency, speed, and teamwork.

Position: Line Cook
Location: Sandbar & Grill, 11368 M-179 HWY, Middleville, MI 49333
Pay: Based on experience + performance. Starting wages typically between minimum wage and $15/hour.
Schedule: Part‑time; 2-4 shifts per week from approx. 4pm to 10pm.
What You’ll Do
*Work the line during busy dinner and weekend shifts
*Maintain consistent ticket times and food quality
*Follow all kitchen SOPs and safety standards
*Prep stations, stock, and maintain a clean work area
*Communicate clearly with expo, servers, and fellow cooks
*Support a positive, team‑focused kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
*Prior kitchen or line experience preferred, but we will train the right person
*Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
*Strong communication and reliability
*Must be punctual, professional, and ready to work
