Seeking a two-man, seasoned contractual team for long term who is exceptional with signage installs, motivated and great with details.
Ready to start immediately:
• Pylon surveys – 10 in Northern Florida
• Pylon surveys – 13 in Central Florida
Ready to start once fabrication is complete in about 5 weeks:
• Pylon retrofit locations – 3-6 location
• Pylon retrofit locations – 3-6 locations
“Retrofitting a pylon” includes:
• Replacing fluorescents with LED bars – provided to you
• Replacing the faces (typically flex) with new faces provided to you based off the survey
• Re-painting the pole and cabinet
Note the materials for each location will be provided to you
Long-term seeking a mobile team with the right equipment to travel in the southeast performing the following on commercial retail locations for my client that provides a steady stream of work:
• Surveys
• Pylon Retrofits
• Installing new building signs
• Patch / Repair / Paint (quality) – the sign band on locations with building signs
Pricing is a fix fee based on contractual pricing with our client that includes labor, mobilization and onsite supplies/paint. Signage and lighting is provided.
