Dough roller/sheeter with two stages, great for making pizzas, flatbreads, tortillas, pita, calzones, pirrogi and many more - almost anything that requires rolling out dough. Used but in good condition, fully functional. Retails new for over $4,000. Asking $550 OBO.

Stainless steel commercial food-preparing machine is a Somerset model CDR-2100S. This unit has a 115V, 60Hz, 1-phase electrical configuration with an 11.4 amp draw. It is a heavy-duty dough sheeter with adjustable thickness controls and a side-loading tray.

Roughly 24" x 24" x 24". Very heavy, requires two people to carry.
