I will be succinct. No preference to industry served. Company must be serious about bettering their business. Am certain there are many businesses that are currently operating beneath their potential for a number of reasons. Task is to step business toward its realized potential.
There are no exorbitant upfront fees or request for company to relinquish a partial stake in their company in return for services rendered. Approach/objective is to integrate self hands-on into the business to immediately add value as a short-term internal business advisor resource, address any and all concerns/situations whether operational or growth or other, or merely serve in the capacity of an external voice to offer perspective akin to a trusted advisor, execute agreed-upon solution(s), and exit the company as soon as possible to keep the advisor costs at an absolute minimum.
Have technical undergraduate degree in Electronics/Electrical and MBA. Experience with leadership, manufacturing, marketing, process, product, production, project management, quality, technical consultative sales, and have served several businesses in advising capacity. Am a creative and critical thinker and a doer that operates with humility and absent of hubris. Have real distaste for unrealized potential.
