About the Position
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in Miami. This person will be responsible for palletizing, organizing, securing, and consolidating merchandise for storage and transportation.
The ideal candidate is physically capable, organized, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous warehouse or freight-handling experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Palletize boxes and merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Organize and stack products on pallets, ensuring proper weight distribution and load stability.
- Wrap and secure pallets using stretch film, straps, and other packing materials.
- Consolidate merchandise from different suppliers or orders according to shipping destination and operational instructions.
- Prepare pallets and shipments for storage, loading, and transportation.
- Identify and label pallets and merchandise correctly.
- Inspect merchandise for visible damage and report discrepancies or damaged products.
- Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing merchandise as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
Requirements
-Previous warehouse, palletizing, shipping, receiving, or freight-handling experience is a plus.
-Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
-Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
-Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned tasks.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Spanish or English communication skills are welcome.
