We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Furniture Quality Control Associate to join our team in Doral, FL.
Responsibilities include:
• Inspect furniture for scratches, dents, damage, missing parts, and defects
• Check merchandise before delivery and after receiving
• Take photos and document quality issues
• Verify items against orders and documentation
• Communicate issues with the warehouse and operations teams
• Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Furniture experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to identify furniture damage and quality issues
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work in a warehouse environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
• Must be willing to learn our systems and processes
