**Responsibilities include:**
* General apartment and building maintenance
* Minor plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, leaks, etc.)
* Basic electrical repairs
* Drywall repairs and patching
* Painting and touch-ups
* Replacing doors, locks, hinges, and hardware
* Basic carpentry and repairs
* Repairing cabinets, fixtures, and other building items
* Preparing apartments for new tenants
* General maintenance of common areas
* Responding to maintenance requests
* Keeping the property clean and in good condition
* Other general handyman duties as needed
**Requirements:**
* Previous handyman or apartment maintenance experience preferred
* Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
* Must have your own basic tools
* **MUST SPEAK SPANISH**
* Must be willing to work in the **North Miami Beach area**
* Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks and respond to requests in a timely manner
**Schedule:** Full-time
**Compensation:** **$18–$20 per hour**, depending on experience.
