We’re looking for a Salon Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and client-focused environment. This person will be the heartbeat of the salon — the first face clients see, the friendly voice on the phone, and the one who keeps our schedule, social media, and vibe on point. Position is fulltime 6 days a week from 9 am to 6 Monday- Saturday.
What You’ll Do:
• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism

• Manage appointment bookings with care and attention
• Assist with Instagram content and salon promotions
• Support inventory management and product tracking
• Help ensure smooth daily operations
You’re a fit if you:
• Love making people feel welcomed and taken care of
• Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Enjoy working with a team and supporting stylists
• Are familiar with Instagram and basic content creation
• Can juggle multiple tasks with a smile 😊
Bonus: Salon experience is a plus, but not required — a great attitude and willingness to learn are everything.
