We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to assist with product customization, production, order fulfillment, and general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Customize products using various techniques and equipment.
• Operate production and customization machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assist with product assembly, quality control, and packaging.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customized and non-customized orders for shipping.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Report production or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Follow company policies, including keeping personal cell phones away from work areas.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or basic graphic design is a plus.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Skills and Abilities:

Ability to operate machinery and handle tools safely.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
