Vintage Limited Edition Hawthorne Village Diesel Locomotive Bachmann HO Diesel EMD F7A with COA & OB. "The Pennsylvania Railroad" is an authentic original from the America's Greatest Railroads collection. Each issue is hand-crafted to meet or exceed the strict standards of Hawthorne Village. This wonderful set comes with a powered EMD F7A diesel lighted locomotive with double fly-wheels and body mounted E-Z Mate couplers (like Kadee Couplers) for more realism. Comes with only the items shown in the pictures, but it is easy to add on to this train set, because it is in HO scale.
The engine features a heavy chassis; and I bench tested the Engine and the motor and headlight works. This train set will fit on any standard HO scale tracks. Use it on your layout or around the Christmas Tree or to recreate your own theme. Great Gift Idea.
Looks in excellent or much better condition. Best thing is that this train is guaranteed for life by Bachmann, if ever does not run send it back to them and for a reasonable handling fee they will fix or replace it, NO BETTER GUARANTEE. It would make a handsome display model too.
This item should be compatible with all other HO scale trains like Athearn, Lifelike, Tyco, Model Power, Atlas, Mantua, Lionel HO, etc. with similar knuckle couplers.
