We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Coordinator or Manager to help us reactivate and grow our existing online store.
We are an established heavy-duty truck parts company with multiple retail locations and a distribution warehouse in Medley, Florida.
Our e-commerce platform is already built, but it has not received the attention it needs.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day commercial side of our e-commerce operation and help bring the website back to life.
This is not primarily a web developer position.
Responsibilities
Maintain and improve our existing e-commerce website
Upload and organize products, images, descriptions and categories
Improve product presentation and merchandising
Identify priority products to promote online
Maintain pricing and product information
Create and manage promotions and featured products
Improve product and category SEO
Assist with Google Merchant Center / Google Shopping
Review website traffic, sales and conversion performance
Help improve abandoned-cart and customer follow-up strategies
Coordinate with our internal IT team when technical changes or integrations are required
Work with physical inventory and products located in our warehouse
Help develop strategies to increase online sales
Experience We Are Looking For
Previous experience managing or operating an e-commerce website is strongly preferred.
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Automotive or truck parts
Industrial products
Large product catalogs
Shopify, WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms
Google Merchant Center
Google Shopping
Product SEO
Google Analytics
Email marketing
Product photography and image editing
You do not need to be a programmer. We are primarily looking for someone who understands how to operate, organize and grow an e-commerce business.
Position
Part-time
Approximately 15–25 hours per week to start
On-site in Medley, Florida
Potential for increased hours and a long-term position based on results
We prefer someone local who is comfortable working directly with our products, inventory and team.
