We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. The ideal candidate must have experience in all aspects of residential property maintenance and be able to work independently while delivering quality workmanship.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in plumbing and electrical repairs
Proficient in unit turns (make-ready process) from start to finish
Experience with appliance repair and troubleshooting
Knowledge of drywall, painting, carpentry, tile, doors, locks, and general repairs
Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and determine the best course of action
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality of work
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Must be reliable, professional, and dependable
Responsibilities:
Complete apartment unit turns efficiently and according to company standards
Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
Perform routine preventative maintenance on occupied and vacant units
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
Install and repair fixtures, doors, cabinets, flooring, and other building components
Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with company standards
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Communicate effectively with management regarding completed work and needed repairs
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience (property management experience preferred)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must have your own tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
