Can you pick up the phone, open a conversation cold, and close?
We are an established, tech-forward firm in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) space with years of success. This is an outbound role. You will be cold calling from targeted lists of real businesses, not working inbound leads and not dialing scraped junk data. MCA experience is a plus, not a requirement. If you have a phone sales background and the drive to produce, we will teach you the product.
What We're Looking For:
• Sales reps who are comfortable on the phone all day and can open cold.
• Self-motivated individuals who do not need warm leads handed to them to produce.
• Coachable people who follow a process and hit their numbers.
• Comfortable using a CRM and dialer to manage a pipeline and accounts.
• MCA or business lending experience is welcome, but hungry phone sales reps from other industries will be considered.
