Responsibilities / 工作职责
Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Communicate guest requests clearly to the kitchen and other team members.

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests.

Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies.

Work cooperatively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Required Qualifications / 必备条件
Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Availability to work [evenings, weekends, and holidays as required].
