Maintenance Technician – Full Time

Location: Latitude on The River Condo Association / Latitude One – West Brickell Condo Association
Pay: $20/hour

Peabody Properties is seeking a reliable, professional, and hardworking Maintenance Technician to assist with the day-to-day maintenance operations of two Brickell properties:
Latitude on The River Condominium Association – 452-unit residential building
Latitude One – West Brickell Condominium Association – 220-unit commercial office building
Schedule:
Monday – Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday & Friday: Off
Saturday & Sunday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities include:
General building maintenance and repairs
Responding to maintenance requests
Preventive maintenance and inspections
Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry work
Identifying and reporting repair or safety issues
Assisting with vendors and property operations
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Qualifications:
Prior maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of general building repairs and maintenance
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to work evenings and weekends
Able to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical work as needed
