GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION and REQUIREMENTS:Established Facility Maintenance company seeks EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join its management team. As the Facility Services Manager, your job will be to:
> Handle work orders as they come in.
> Work on company projects independently and as part of a team.
> Evaluate work needs and quote time and materials to complete tasks on an Excel spreadsheet.
> Supervise vendors and tradesmen at worksites.
> Work with other company services managers on other needs.
> Maintain and manage the companies equipment, supplies, tools and materials.
> Have discretion and confidentiality in work, quotes and business conduct.
Our standard service calls and projects consist of:
> Handling standard and minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and repair issues.
> Always take before and after photos of all needs and work performed and obtain signed work order.
> Have knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing like outlets, switches, lights, toilets, drains, etc.
> Have basic knowledge of maintenance and repairs of office and home needs.
> Will handle repairs, painting projects, remodeling and general construction tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
> Able to effectively communicate in English AND Spanish.
> MUST be over legal age and legally able to work in US. We use E-Verify.
> Have a valid and clean driver's license and able to pass background and drug screen.
> Availability to occasionally travel within Florida would be a PLUS.
> Experienced and able to personally handle Repair and Maintenance Service Calls.
> Able to work individually and as part of a team on service calls and projects.
> Ability to respond to client locations to assess and resolve maintenance and service issues.
> Ability to be "on-call" for emergencies when needed.
> Ability to be flexible with schedule. Some of our work must be scheduled and done after 5PM or weekends when clients are closed.
> This is a SALARIED MANAGEMENT position.

> Salaried position starting at $50,000.00 yearly, depending on experience and qualifications.
