Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to restaurant standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work efficiently during busy service hours
Assist with prep and kitchen operations as needed
Qualifications:
Previous line cook or kitchen, especially Sandwich Making and Egg Cookery experience preferred
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Dependable and punctual
Weekend availability is a plus
