If your project requires a licensed General Contractor, I may be able to step in and help move it forward legally.
I am not a permit runner, permit expediter, or someone who only signs paperwork.
I act as the licensed General Contractor for qualified projects and remain involved from permit review through inspections, final approval, CO issuance, and permit closure.
