General Laborer – Night Shift (Label Installation)
Miami, FL | Temporary / Pilot with strong potential for ongoing full-time work
We are looking for reliable, team-oriented laborers for a night-shift pilot project in Miami stores. The work involves installing labels as part of a crew. This is the first store in a planned rollout of 30 stores.
Successful workers on this pilot will be selected to continue with the remaining stores. The role will then transition to full-time work with weekly pay.
Pay
$18/hour + $2.20/hour night shift premium
Daily pay during the pilot
Weekly pay once the work expands to full-time across the additional stores
Responsibilities
Work as part of a team on night shifts inside retail stores
Install labels according to instructions
Follow all safety and store procedures
Complete the assigned work accurately and on schedule
Help keep the work area clean and organized
Requirements
Entry-level — we will train the right people
Able and willing to work night shifts
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Comfortable with physical work (standing, walking, and light lifting)
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks carefully
What Success Looks Like
Strong performance on this pilot store gives you the opportunity to be selected for ongoing work across the full set of 30 stores, moving from daily pay to weekly full-time pay.
