Albany Homes Construction, a licensed general contractor in Miami, is looking for a reliable, experienced construction handyman/remodeler to join us full time.
We are looking particularly for someone with hands-on experience in residential plumbing and wood/metal stud framing. This is not a property-maintenance position. You will work on residential remodeling and construction projects throughout Miami-Dade and South Broward.
Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Approximately 40–45 hours per week

Skills we need now
You should have practical experience with:
Residential plumbing, including installing and relocating water and drain lines, installing shower valves and fixtures, and general rough and finish plumbing
Wall and ceiling framing in wood and metal studs
General construction and remodeling
Confident use of common hand and power tools
Other useful skills
Experience with any of the following is an advantage, but you do not need to be experienced in all of them:
Drywall installation and repair
Doors and windows
Finish carpentry
Flooring
Concrete and masonry
Formwork
Painting and punch-list work
