EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE WORKER
Krome and 200th Street -Miami-Dade County, Florida
Greenscape Landscape Maintenance Corp. is seeking an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our professional commercial landscaping team serving properties throughout Miami-Dade County.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in commercial landscape maintenance who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of safety, and can work efficiently in South Florida's demanding conditions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform routine commercial landscape maintenance
• Operate commercial lawn equipment, including mowers, edgers, blowers, and trimmers
• Perform trimming, pruning, edging, blowing, and general grounds maintenance
• Assist with irrigation maintenance and repairs
• Identify and report irrigation, landscape, and property issues
• Maintain clean and professional-looking commercial properties
• Properly use and maintain company equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work effectively as part of a landscaping crew
• Perform physically demanding outdoor work in Miami-Dade's heat and weather conditions
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when working at client properties
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with commercial landscaping preferred
• Knowledge of South Florida plants and landscape maintenance is a plus
• Ability to safely operate commercial landscaping equipment
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in hot and humid conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
• Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow company policies
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Valid driver's license is a plus
