We are a growing General Contracting company looking for an experienced **Bilingual Estimator (English/Spanish)** to join our team.
We specialize in **civil construction and a wide range of general contracting projects**, including site work, asphalt, concrete, utilities, drainage, and other civil-related projects.
**Qualifications:**
* Fluent in **English and Spanish** (required)
* Experience estimating construction/civil projects
* Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and scopes of work
* Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing
* Ability to prepare accurate bids and estimates
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Construction estimating experience is required
