This is a full-time, in-office, commission-only position. It is designed for competitive people who want to develop valuable sales and entrepreneurial skills while building a performance-based career.
What You Will Do:
• Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners
• Introduce business funding products and identify potential needs
• Qualify interested business owners and transfer opportunities to senior funding specialists
• Follow up with prospects consistently
• Maintain accurate notes and activity inside the CRM
• Learn and apply scripts, objection handling, and professional sales techniques
• Work toward daily activity and performance goals
Who We Are Looking For:
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
• Competitive, ambitious, and motivated by results
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
• Reliable, disciplined, and consistent
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience is helpful but not required
Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, retail, athletics, or other people-focused environments are encouraged to apply.
