We are a busy floral design company in Miami looking for FAST, HARDWORKING, and EFFICIENT people to help prepare fresh flowers for our floral production team.
THIS IS A HANDS-ON, FAST-PACED JOB.
We need people who work quickly, stay focused, and know how to get things done without wasting time.
Responsibilities:
Clean and strip leaves and thorns from fresh flowers.
Cut and trim flower stems.
Sort and organize flowers.
Place flowers in buckets with water.
Keep workstations clean and organized.
Prepare large quantities of flowers quickly and efficiently.
Follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Requirements:
MUST BE FAST, EFFICIENT, AND HARDWORKING.
Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality.
Stay focused and productive throughout the shift.
Be punctual, reliable, and organized.
Comfortable standing for long periods and doing repetitive physical work.
Floral experience is a plus but not required.
Must be willing to learn and follow instructions.
We are looking for people who take initiative, move quickly, and don't need constant supervision.
Compensation:
$15–$16 per hour, depending on experience.

Poder trabajar de pie durante varias horas y realizar tareas físicas repetitivas.
Experiencia con flores es una ventaja, pero no es necesaria.
Tener buena disposición para aprender y seguir instrucciones.
Buscamos personas con iniciativa, que trabajen rápido y que no necesiten supervisión constante.
Pago:
$15–$16 por hora, dependiendo de la experiencia.
