No drugs, late-night parties or regularly hosting groups of people. Occasional guests and having a social life are completely normal—we just want home to remain a peaceful place to live.
Because the bathroom is shared with a female roommate, we want to make sure any new roommate is comfortable and compatible with that arrangement.
