Construction Helpers and Subcontractors Needed – High-End Renovations (North Miami)
We are a small construction company seeking experienced workers and subcontractors for ongoing high-end interior remodeling projects in North Miami. We are looking for reliable, skilled workers who are dependable and professional.
We are seeking two different types of people:
Subcontractors with their own specialties including steel stud framing, sheetrock, sheetrock finishers.
We are also seeking general contractor support workers to help the lead workers on site.
This is a full-time (1099) position for dedicated professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and want consistent work with a high standard.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verified experience in residential construction or remodeling.
Specialties: steel stud framing, and drywall hanging/finishing.
Tools and Transport: Must provide your own reliable transportation and professional hand/power tools.
Work Environment: Strictly non-smoker / smoke-free policy enforced across all jobsites and client properties.
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compliance: Must be willing to file as a 1099 subcontractor and provide a complete application, including full name, SSN, full address, and verifiable references.
