This is a fully remote position, so you’ll work from home. You’ll contact homeowners in English and Spanish, introduce our free in-home water testing, and book qualified appointments for our sales reps. You’ll be the first voice our customers hear, so we’re looking for someone friendly, confident and persuasive, with a track record of booking appointments in home services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads from web forms, referrals and marketing campaigns
- Explain the benefits of water testing and filtration in clear, simple terms in English and Spanish
- Qualify homeowners, then book and confirm in-home appointments for sales reps
- Handle common objections and keep conversations positive and professional
- Log every call, lead status and appointment accurately in our CRM and Google Sheets
- Make confirmation calls and reschedules to reduce no-shows
- Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets
- Follow all calling rules, including Do Not Call list checks and calling-hour limits
REQUIREMENTS
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience in home services appointment setting or sales (water filtration, solar, roofing, HVAC, windows, pest control, etc.)
- Water filtration experience strongly preferred
- Strong phone presence with a friendly, confident tone
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
- Organized, with strong attention to detail in logging leads and appointments
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Sheets)
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace for calls
- Reliable high-speed internet, a computer, and a headset with a microphone
NICE TO HAVE
- Background in water treatment products (softeners, carbon filtration, RO systems)
- Experience with CRM or dialer software
- A track record of hitting or exceeding appointment quotas
SCHEDULE & PAY
