Beautiful Cabin Cruiser, a small floating studio apartment, 2006 Bayliner 285 complete with AC, kitchen, bathroom, shower, Queen size bed, dinette, comfortable for a couple (or single) with 300 HP Mercruiser gas Engine with Bravo outdrive, Mercruiser Vessel View engine management software, approx 640 hours. Reason for selling is I have bought a bigger boat and need to sell this one. She is in good condition, runs good, some rust on engine but for the right person it's a good deal. Boat has an aft cabin with Queen size bed and a front triangular bed which is good for kids or one person. There is a 4 person dinette next to kitchen area and also 4 person dining area up in cockpit of boat.

2013 Chevy Tahoe runs good, 320k miles add $5,500,
2009 Triple Axle ACE trailer add $3,200 and

Located in Miami and I have used them for many years as sort of a second holiday home from my home in Boston (especially in Winter). I would fly down for weekends or couple weeks at a time, had the truck, boat and trailer in storage yard (approx $500/mo).
Either used as a base in Miami or I have travelled, boated, fished, dived and visited most all areas from Ft Lauderdale thru Fl Keys to Key West over the years, staying in marinas or at anchor. Most marinas have lots of facilities including pools, showers, restaurants, etc. Included also is a small generator, various spare parts, filters, etc, captain's Seat, carpet, etc. New bottom paint spring 2026, serviced, oil changes etc Oct 2025.
