Commercial cleaning and facility company now seeking an AREA MANAGER to help lead our company to the next level.
For 23 years we have been serving small, medium and large clients. Our continued growth and preparations for 2027 has created a need for an additional qualified, dedicated and visionary team player to join our company. We currently serve Florida, Texas, Georgia and Arizona with quality, detailed services, professionally delivered. This position will be part of our company's corporate management team based in Miami-Dade, Florida.
The ideal candidate will bring previous supervisory or management experience in the service field and be able to assume responsibilities for managing several accounts and line team members. We are a dynamic, a fast-paced, progressive company continuing to lead in our response and quality services. Your dedication to a professional service delivery will help to continue those efforts as well as create personal and professional growth for the right individual.
Areas of Responsibility Include:
• Leading and managing cleaning teams across various sites, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
• Managing and supervising daily operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance of employees.
• Conducting inspections of client facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability while minimizing waste.
• Address client needs promptly and professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform OJT while periodically working with your employees.
• Cover open shifts with floaters, other employees or self when necessary. Avoiding OT is important.
• Will be On-Call for emergencies; will need to respond immediately.
• Must have time flexibility to conduct supervisory visits during various shifts - no overnights.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Legal age and legally able to work in the U.S. We use E-Verify.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background and a drug screen.
• Must be able to meet job requirements and responsibilities.
• MUST speak ENGLISH and Spanish in professional/conversational manner.
• MUST have computer skills in Outlook, Excel and Word.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
• Previous supervisory or management experience; in contract services, facilities and/or maintenance is preferred.
• Reliability, responsibility and self-driven motivation is required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent written, spoken and reading skills in English and Spanish.
• Motivated, disciplined, proactive, and results focused is needed.
• Positive, focused on solutions.
• Experience in commercial and/or residential cleaning and porter environments is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:

· Starting salary to $50,000.00+ annually based on experience/qualifications/prior verifiable salary history.
