Precision Link NJ LLC, a veteran-owned early-stage company based in Central New Jersey, is seeking an experienced facilities and energy professional interested in joining the company as a Technical Operating Partner.
This is not a traditional salaried position. We are seeking an experienced professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who is interested in helping build and grow a company. The opportunity includes project-based compensation as client work is secured, with potential equity participation for the right long-term partner.
Ideal candidates should have professional experience in commercial facilities, building engineering, energy management, energy auditing, facility assessments, or related building systems.
Experience as a Facility Engineer, Building Engineer, Energy Manager, Energy Auditor, Commissioning Professional, or senior technical Facility Manager is particularly relevant. CEM, CEA, CFM, FMP, commissioning, thermography, or related credentials are desirable but not required.
The right candidate should have strong commercial building experience, understand mechanical and electrical building systems, be capable of conducting facility assessments, communicate effectively with clients, and be comfortable working independently.
